Manhattan Beach Boulevard runs from the Pacific coast and ends just shy of Interstate 110. There's plenty to keep you entertained throughout the day. Here are a few attractions along the strip, all culminating into a relaxing beachfront evening right around your Manhattan Beach hotel, The Sea View Inn.. 

Breakfast options are abundant on the boulevard. Blue Star Donuts features flavors such as raspberry rosemary buttermilk and poppy seed lemon buttermilk donuts. They even had a Bacon Maple Glazed donut! For those looking for a heartier or lighter breakfast, head over to Noah's Bagels for coffee, bagels, sandwiches, and other treats. 

Start the morning off with a nice walk at the Alondra Community Regional Park. The park opens at sunrise and closes at sunset. Sites include a wooded prairie with a large lake over 53 acres. There are several other parks along the boulevard including Polliwog ParkManhattan Beach Botanical Garden, and Manhattan Heights Park


Perhaps stop off for lunch at Saigon Dish or Annapurna Indian Restaurant & Bar to experience authentic Asian cuisines such as pho, egg rolls, and beef pie at Saigon and chicken tikka and naan at Annapurna. Just down the road is Havana Mania, which features Cuban, Latin, and Caribbean eats including plantains, oxtail, and mojitos. Or if you're looking for American cuisine, check out Manhattan House for lamb meatballs, pastrami, and fries. 

Experience the cultural richness of Manhattan Beach at the Cultural Arts Center featuring different exhibits, classes, workshops, and concerts. Or check out some of the events at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, including the Los Angeles Ballet. For those wanting to be a bit more hands on, head down to the Roundhouse Aquarium at the Pier for free! There are several shops near the beach, including Diane's BeachwearHeavenly CoutureYaYa's BoutiqueRight Tribe, and dozens of others. 

End your night at the beach at The Strand House for delicious dinner options such as pizza, jidori chicken, lobster rolls, and tacos, and a view of the Manhattan Beach. Then, head right across the street to Cupcakes Couture for delicious treats. If the Strand isn't quite your style, there are tons of restaurants in the immediate beach area like The KettleShark's CoveSimmzy'sMangiamo, and Shellback Tavern
