The final day of this four-day adventure has you spending the day in beautiful gardens and exploring the Griffith Park area. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy some of the most popular spots in Los Angeles. The natural beauty, combined with the well-known landscape, makes this the perfect way to end your tour of the filming locations of La La Land. It's all about a 30-minute drive from your Manhattan Beach hotel!
GRIFFITH PARK – MT. HOLLYWOOD DRIVE: "Cathy's Corner" is a hairpin turn on Mt. Hollywood Drive. This is where Mia and Sebastian dance to the show-stopping song "A Lovely Night". Street lamps and benches were added to the set, so don't expect to see them there. What you will see is an amazing view of the city. Located on Mt. Hollywood Drive – GPS coordinates 34.139241, -118.308324
GRIFFITH OBSERVATORY: This is a staple of the Los Angeles landscape. Visit the planetarium and dance like Mia and Sebastian. Outside, there is a scene where the two are sitting on a bench, enjoying the view. That bench isn't there but the view certainly is. Don't miss this iconic spot that is featured in many movies. Located at 2800 E Observatory Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90027
GRIFFITH PARK FERN DELL: One of the most romantic scenes from La La Land is filmed in Griffith Park, along the shady Fern Dell Trail. Ferns hanging in baskets and giant tropical ferns line this beautiful hike. But don't expect to see flowers. Set designers added them to the scene for Mia and Sebastian's stroll. Located at 5375 Red Oak Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90027
ORCUTT RANCH: The interior shots of Chateau Marmont were filmed here. This horticultural center has beautiful surrounding gardens and seasonal fruit picking. It is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Located at 23600 Roscoe Blvd., Canoga Park, CA 91304
